Terms and Conditions:

Demo Dayz Promotion
1) Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the Condition of Entry. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.
2) The Competition is known as “Demo Dayz Promotion"
3) Entrants must be 18 years or older, proof of age will be required.
4) The winner must be in possession of a full unrestricted drivers licence not currently under suspension or cancellation.
5) Entry is only available to permanent residents of Australia.
6) To be eligible, entrants must demonstrate products from both the Salomon and Oakley tents, during the promotion period, legibly fill in an official entry form and drop it in the entry boxes provided. Salomon and Oakley tents will be operational on the following mountains during the following dates: Thredbo Mountain – 28th and 29th June 2008, 16th and 17th August 2008, Mt Buller – 12th and 13th July 2008, 26th and 27th July 2008, Falls Creek – 19th and 20th July 2008, 30th and 31st August 2008, Perisher Blue Ski Resort – 2nd and 3rd August 2008, 23rd and 24th August 2008, Mount Hotham – 9th and 10th August 2008, 6th and 7th September 2008. Five major winners will be chosen, one winner per mountain. Five runner-up prizes will be awarded at the end of each weekend of the promotion.
7) Employees and immediate families of Peppers Leisure, Volvo Car Australia, Oakley South Pacific, Amer Sports and associated agencies are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
8) The promotion runs from 12.01pm on 28th June 2008 to 11:59pm on 7th September 2008.
9) The winner will be drawn at 10:00am on 10th September 2008 at Oakley South Pacific, 24 The Esplanade, St Kilda, VIC, 3182.
10) Unclaimed prizes will be drawn at 10:00am on the 10th November 2008 at Oakley South Pacific, 24 The Esplanade, St Kilda, VIC, 3182.
11) Winners will be notified by mail and announced on the Oakley South Pacific and Volvo Car Australia website and in The Australian Newspaper on the 12th September 2008 and unclaimed prize winners will be announced in The Australian Newspaper on the 12th November 2008.
12) The total prize pool is valued up to $AUD11,745.00.
13) The total prize pool includes five x $AUD500 Pepper's Leisure gift vouchers to be spent on accommodation, food or beverage, five x Volvo cars to be driven for the weekend (from Friday 3:00pm until the following Monday 11:00am) valued at $AUD100, five x pairs of Oakley Goggles valued at $AUD175 each, five x Salomon prize packs worth up to $AUD1,399 each. Runner up prizes include five x pairs of Oakley Goggles valued at $AUD175 each. The type of vehicle provided will be subject to availability. The winner is responsible for all other expenses relating to the trip. All extraordinary costs associated with the vehicle such as petrol, parking charges, road tolls and the like are the responsibility of the winner. To be eligible for the use of the car the winner must be 25 yrs or older and must complete and sign a Volvo Loan Vehicle Agreement which captures the drivers’ details and driving licence number and contains specific terms and conditions relating to the loan of the car. Vehicles must be picked up from a nominated Volvo Dealership, nominated by a Volvo Car Australia employee.
14) The winner must take the holiday within 12 months of date of winner notification.
15) Judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
